YOU ASKED AND WE LISTENED! 

Based on your feedback we have implemented some changes to the event for this year! 

  • A key valet will be available
  • Three water stations will be on the course instead of two
  • The 10k and 5k will start 45 minutes apart
  • Awards will take place immediately following the end of each race
  • All 10K and 5K participants will receive a "wicking" shirt
  • We will provide stilettos for the sprint

Will there be on-site registration? YES!  From 6:45 - 7:30 am

Is this event open to men and women? YES!

Can children particpate? YES!  With a parent's permission, children ages 11 and up can enter the 5K or 10K races.  Children 10 and under are invited to participate in the Kids Fun Run.

Are strollers allowed? Yes!

Are dogs allowed? Yes, as long as they are on a leash at all times.

Are bicycles, skateboard, in-line skates or scooters allowed?  Sorry, but no.

Do I have to provide my own high-heels for the Stiletto Sprint?  No.

Are the races certified?  Yes!  Both the 10K and the 5K are sanctioned by the USATF.

What time does the course close?  10:00am

What time do volunteers stop serving refreshments for participants?  11:00am

How are the miles marked along the course?  Miles will be marked with signage

Will there be restrooms along the course?  Yes!

Are iPods allowed while participating in the 10K and 5K?  Yes!

Will there be water stations?  Yes!  Three water stations will be on the 10K route, two on the 5K route.
